Star drop-kicker Barthelmess believes himself to be the cause of his friend's suicide. And somewhere in the crowd scene is a young John Wayne in one of his first screen appearances. COLOR TINTED. Original music score by Blaine L. Gale.
aka Glitter:Silent
"Series Synopsis: A covered wagon and stage coach get separated from a wagon train on it's way to California. Dusty is the Gilligan of the old west… played by Bob Denver himself - who was (and always will be) GIlligan. The rest of the characters have parallels with an island inhabitant as well - the de facto stocky leader of the expedition, the sexy saloon girl, a very cute and wholesome young school marm, a wealthy snooty couple from Boston, and a regular guy. Also Produced by Sherwood Schwartz. No official response yet to the rumor they were on a 3-hour tour of the old west when they got lost. Originally aired in 1973."
