Joan Davis was one of the GREAT female comedy clowns of all time. She did film and TV. In I MARRIED JOAN she was married to a judge, played by the brilliant Jim Backus (Mr. Magoo, Thurston Howell III), whom she drove crazy. The show was a delight.
