In his travels he encounters a number of strange characters, including a crooked truck driver, a cruel cafe owner and a crazed boxer. Based on a story by Ernest Hemingway and adapted by A. E. Hotchner (later a Hemingway biographer) and Sidney Carrol. First aired October 18, 1955.
