The War Crimes tribunal sets a Nazi thug free in the hopes that he will lead them to his superior. A government inspector follows the thug to a peaceful college town. When he locates the prime suspect, a college professor, the professor’s new wife cannot believe her husband could be such a monster. When she confronts him he tries to murder her.
